Account facts link to their source email or meeting. Customer needs stay in the customer’s words.

Audit trails record changes, shares and assistant exchanges. Spending caps and encrypted backups add control.

In detail

Need the specifics? Explore the details.

Open a feature group, or check the integrations below.

Capture and account knowledge

Meetings and emails become a current account brief, linked to sources.
  • Teams meetings captured with transcripts and matched to the account
  • Outlook inbox and sent mail filed on the account, deal and contact; automated and internal mail ignored
  • Transcript imports from Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Zoom and Teams
  • Calendar awareness, so it never suggests a follow-up that’s already booked
  • A review inbox with a suggested match and its confidence
  • A living brief per account, rewritten as new sources arrive, citing each one
  • Contradiction flags, and deal figures kept out of shared knowledge
  • Duplicate checks before an account is created

Pipeline and qualification

Qualification and priority from evidence, not optimism.
  • MEDDPICC and BANT qualification with evidence for each assessment
  • A grid of accounts and qualification gaps
  • Prioritize by buyer readiness and outreach status
  • A person reviews proposed qualification changes

Follow-through

Every person knows what’s owed and what to do next.
  • Morning briefings and per-person daily digests, with a portfolio summary for owners
  • Replies owed, checked against what was actually sent
  • Routines with reminders, work queues by role, and a “what’s hot” view
  • Outlook drafts and approved sends from your own mailbox
  • HubSpot outreach staged as tasks; never sent automatically

Materials library

The right, current version reaches the right buyer.
  • A versioned materials library: who received which version, and which question it answered
  • A refresh list of people holding an outdated version
  • Build one answer to a common need; every account waiting on it gets a send task
  • Case studies, quotes and logos used only within recorded customer consent
  • Library material attached straight to email

Practical questions, answered.

Is this software or a staffed service?

It’s software: AI performs the supporting tasks, and your people set direction and approve customer-facing actions. The platform supports marketing, prospecting and account work for existing teams and solo sellers.

Can we start using it now?

Onboarding for new organizations is still in development. The walkthrough establishes which capabilities are available for your team and the timing for getting started, before any commitment.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your requirements. We discuss commercial terms after confirming the workflows and integrations you need.

Does it replace our CRM?

It can sit alongside your CRM or manage accounts, contacts and qualification itself. HubSpot outreach is staged as tasks. Broad two-way CRM sync is not available today.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

For automatic meeting and email capture, yes: it uses Teams, Outlook and Calendar. Without Microsoft 365, you can import or paste transcripts from Zoom, Otter, Fireflies and Granola. Google Workspace supports sign-in and Drive.

What campaign and content tools are available?

Campaign planning and execution, branded PDFs, collateral edits and illustrations are supported. We confirm campaign channels and tools with you. Asset creation tools are live; they are not yet connected inside the sales workspace. Automatically generated prospect briefs and outreach packages are not yet validated live.

Will it contact buyers without our approval?

No. Outlook sends require approval. HubSpot outreach is staged as tasks for a person to send. Campaign steps and generated materials require review.

Which intent-data and contact providers can we use?

MarketPilot connects to intent-data and contact-discovery services. Tell us which providers you use; we confirm support and connection details before you commit.
